1. Design and modeling
Designers use 3D modeling software to draw the virtual image of the doll according to market demand or user demand, covering details such as appearance, joint structure, skin texture, etc. Some high-end products will make 3D models by scanning real bodies, and even restore pores and wrinkles. Functional requirements must also be considered in the design stage. For example, dolls with built-in AI chips need to plan the circuit layout in advance.

2. Mold making
Use high-precision CNC machine tools to carve molds to ensure accurate replication of details.

3. Silicone infusion and molding
Liquid silicone is injected into the mold under strict temperature control and pressure, and solidified and molded after vulcanization reaction. This process requires controlling the silicone ratio to adjust the touch, and secondary vulcanization is required after vulcanization to improve weather resistance.

4. Detail processing
​Surface treatment: trimming burrs, polishing to a smoothness of more than 3000 mesh, and some products use plasma spraying technology to enhance the texture.
​Human feature implantation: real human hair is manually implanted (about 80-120 strands per square centimeter), and the pupil is made of acrylic material and programmed to control light and shadow changes.
​Functional assembly: stainless steel/aluminum alloy skeleton is installed at the joint, and the electronic components are connected through FPC soft cable.
5. Assembly and debugging
Multiple components are assembled through snap-on structure or magnetic suction technology, and more than 3,000 motion tests (such as bending and twisting) are required. The built-in body temperature regulation system needs to verify the ±0.5℃ temperature difference control accuracy, and the AI ​​interactive function needs to complete 5,000+ voice command training.

6. Material selection
​Silicone: food-grade medical silicone
​Skeleton material: 304 stainless steel (tensile strength ≥520MPa) or 7075 aluminum alloy (density 2.75g/cm³).
​Auxiliary materials: TPE lining is used for joint cushioning, and PU coating improves wear resistance.
7. Quality control
SPC statistical process control is adopted.
